Imported photos aren't showing up on my iPhone / iPad?

Make sure all your devices are signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Photos turned on (Settings → Photos → iCloud Photos). Syncing usually takes a few minutes depending on your network. Larger batch imports may take longer.

Does ordoo use extra storage?

No. ordoo doesn't copy your photos. It creates album structures in your system Photos library and places your work in the right spot.

Can I see ordoo-organized photos in other apps?

Yes. ordoo albums are regular system photo albums. Any app that accesses your photo library — Instagram, WhatsApp, or anything else — can see them.

Which editing apps are supported?

ordoo watches your designated export folder for new photos. It doesn't depend on any specific editor. As long as your app — Lightroom, Capture One, Darkroom, or others — exports to that folder, ordoo picks it up.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open ordoo, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchase." Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID and works across all your devices.
