Privacy Policy

ordoo ("the App") is a photography management tool that helps photography enthusiasts organize and browse their work across Mac, iPhone, and iPad. We take your privacy very seriously.

We Do Not Collect Any Personal Data

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

• No collection of names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information
• No collection of device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• No collection of usage behavior or analytics data
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
• No account system or user registration

Photo Access

The App accesses your system Photos library through Apple's PhotoKit framework. This is the core functionality of the App:

• macOS: Reads photos from your designated export folder and imports them into albums in your system Photos library
• iOS / iPadOS: Reads photos from relevant albums in your system Photos library for browsing

All photo data remains on your devices and in your iCloud account at all times. The App never uploads photos to any third-party server.

iCloud Sync

The App uses Apple iCloud services for cross-device synchronization:

• iCloud Photos: Photos sync between your devices through Apple's built-in iCloud Photos feature, managed entirely by Apple
• iCloud Drive: The App stores a small amount of configuration data (deduplication records, custom cover settings, collection identifiers) in its dedicated iCloud Drive directory to sync app state across devices

This data is stored in your own iCloud account and protected by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to this data.

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Import history (for deduplication, to avoid importing the same photo twice)
• User preferences (such as export folder path)
• EXIF metadata cache (to speed up information display while browsing)

This data is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Network Access

The App does not connect to any third-party servers. The only network activity is Apple iCloud sync, which is managed entirely by the operating system.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide a notice within the App.
